    Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk removed Assistant District Attorney Brian Holmgren from an aggravated child neglect case after Holmgren offered mentally ill female defendant Jasmine Randers the choice of either facing 15 years in prison or submitting to a sterilization procedure.

    Thankfully they didn't revoke his license to practice. This kid has some potential. He just needs to work on finesse.
