If so, I don't know how he will be permitted to become POTUS. If you examine the typical succession process from one administration to the next, they nearly always shield the criminality of the administration that preceded them. It's basically an unwritten rule. Protect the institutions and faith in government at all costs.

It depends on who classified them in the first place. There are some things even a POTUS does not have clearance to see.

Other documents will automatically be declassified after so many years. I think next year, the last of the JFK documents will be declassified.

For example, lawmakers are currently pleading with the current POTUS to declassify the highly controversial 28 pages from the 911 report. Now obviously, not all government secrets are vulnerable to executive powers and some are blocked by federal court injunctions. With that said, Rand could do incredible damage to the credibility of this criminal government if he simply declassified a few things, by accident of course. You know?
