Saudi Arabia and Iran are enemies. Saudis are Arabs, while Iranians are Persians. Saudis speak Arabic while Iranians speak Farsi. Most importantly, Saudis are Sunni Moslems while Iranians are Shiite. It would not bother either one to see the other obliterated. Just another reason I laugh when people talk about Islamic global dominance. If we would butt out of the region, it would very likely devolve into five hundred years of civil war. Not that I wish that upon those people (or anyone).
