    Lindhom Sponsers Food Freedom Act

Wyoming Food Freedom Act. Great bill! I may be biased though as I am the prime sponsor on this bill. I have been lucky enough to have Representatives Hunt and Blake, and Senator Driskill join me in sponsorship for HB56.

The premise of this bill is to simply take food off of the black market. How many times have you purchased homemade foods or bought eggs or milk from a local producer? In certain cases, your actions may have been against the law in our great state, and this bill aims to strike down unnecessary regulations that may have kept you from purchasing local goods in the past.

I would be remiss to not mention the efforts of the late Representative Sue Wallis, who brought this bill in the past, and I believe has paved the way for this bill once again.

This bill is all about Individual Liberty and Agriculture Production, both of which are part of the backbone in the great state of Wyoming.
