    This was from a while ago. Don't know why everyone is running it as if it just occurred.

    Not unless they've assaulted and tipped more than one handicapped person out of their motorized wheel chair. Which really wouldn't surprise me.

    I once saw a montage video somewhere of cops dumping people out of wheelchairs -- it has certainly happened more than once.
