OK, this is of all registered voters, I have reconstructed the favorability numbers they are pretty good for Rand:

    Favorable

    Romney 41.5%
    Rand Paul 38.5%
    Huckabee 38.5%
    Ryan 37%
    Perry 35.5%
    Christie 35.5%
    Bush 34.5%
    Rubio 33.5%
    Cruz 32.5%
    Carson 30%
    Walker 30%

    Unfavorable

    Carson 22%
    Walker 31%
    Perry 37.5%
    Rubio 37.5%
    Rand Paul 38.5%
    Huckabee 38.5%
    Ryan 41%
    Cruz 41.5%
    Christie 44.5%
    Bush 45.5%
    Romney 49.5%

Please let me know if I made an error, I did this quickly.

The reason why the net favorability numbers are in the negative for most candidates is because it's a survey of the general population, not just republicans.
