More Doctors Confessing To Intentionally Diagnosing Healthy People With Cancer To Make Money

by Dave Mihalovic | Prevent Disease | January 8, 2015

Why shouldn't Doctors lie when the entire cancer industry is one gigantic fabrication from start to finish? Is it any wonder that cancer societies worldwide put a far greater financial initiative on chemotherapy and radiation research than disease prevention techniques? Preventing disease doesn't make money, but treating disease certainly does.

Take Dr. Farid Fata, a prominent cancer doctor in Michigan who admitted in court one year ago to intentionally and wrongfully diagnosing healthy people with cancer. Fata also admitted to giving them chemotherapy drugs for the purpose of making a profit.

Were his patients shocked? You bet they were. Who would ever suspect a Doctor of faking a diagnosis to collect money. It's unconscionable. Yet it happens with cancer and almost every disease that medical doctors can generate income through kickbacks and commissions based on the volume of patients treated with specific pharmaceuticals. Like anything people are used as a commodity.

"Many of these unscrupulous Physicians are like businessmen without a conscience. The only difference is they have your health and trust in their hands--a very dangerous combination when money is involved," said Dr. Sayed Mohammed, a retired Oncologist who admits seeing the trend more than a decade ago.

"It is my choice," Fata said on Tuesday of his surprise guilty plea, which included rattling off the names of numerous drugs he prescribed for his patients over the years. In each admission, he uttered these words:

"I knew that it was medically unnecessary."

Donna posting wrong information again, as well as posting a new thread on a topic that has been previously discussed. Despite the implications of the headline, so far we only now of one MD that was intentionally misdiagnosing patients. Donna can't explain who actually caught him, since the entire medical establishment as well as the governments are in on the "hoaxes."

So of course, she just started a new thread. And she will post a bunch of other garbage articles in response to this, because she can't answer that question.

So, then, more doctors are not confessing to this? Please link to this discussion.

Yet another cancer doctor admits fabricating false positives to profit from selling toxic chemotherapy

    by Mike Adams

If you were to travel the world trying to search out the most insidious con artists, scammers, hucksters and quacks, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone worse than a pharma-centric oncology doctor. These are the highly-paid hucksters that poison people to death while pretending to sell them "treatment" for a disease they very often don't even have in the first place.

Case in point: the U.S. Department of Justice's prosecution of Dr. Fata, who was arrested and charged with twelve counts of "Health Care Fraud" and another county of "Conspiracy to Pay and Receive Kickbacks."

As explained by naturopathic doctor Dave Mihalovic on PreventDisease.com [1], Dr. Fata was "a prominent cancer doctor in Michigan who admitted in court one year ago to intentionally and wrongfully diagnosing healthy people with cancer. Fata also admitted to giving them chemotherapy drugs for the purpose of making a profit."

The article goes on to report:

"It is my choice," Fata said on Tuesday of his surprise guilty plea, which included rattling off the names of numerous drugs he prescribed for his patients over the years. In each admission, he uttered these words:

"I knew that it was medically unnecessary."

Fata was charged with running a $35-million Medicare fraud scheme that involved billing the government for medically unnecessary oncology and hematology treatments. The government says Fata ran the scheme from 2009 to the present, through his medical businesses, including Michigan Hematology Oncology Centers, with offices in Clarkston, Bloomfield Hills, Lapeer, Sterling Heights, Troy and Oak Park.

According to the government, Fata had a patient load of 1,200 people and received $62 million from Medicare; he billed for more than $150 million.

Dr. Fata, like countless other oncologists, used highly unethical scare tactics to trick patients into agreeing to expensive chemotherapy they don't even need. The point of all this is to bill Medicare for millions in toxic chemotherapy treatments, raking in obscene profits while sending patients home with permanently damaged livers, kidneys and brains... all documented side effects of toxic chemotherapy.

Cool. The "second report" of a doctor deliberately mis-diagnosing patients is actually another article about the exact same one. (from Natural News- where doctors only want to kill you).

Im sure most cancers would go away if people stopped flooding their bodies with toxic chemicals.

Which is funnier--a site that doesn't talk abut any doctors but quacks or those who pretend that the phrase 'quack doctor' wasn't invented well over a hundred years ago to describe real people?

Considering all the fund raising done on cancer research to find a "cure" they have raise enough money to clean up the planet, end world hunger and cure cancer.

Yeah, I don't get the "more doctors" or "yet another" when all the instances discussed are of the same doctor.

    Not necessarily. http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthr...ghlight=cancer

Nearly two-thirds of all cancers are caused by random mutations of the body's stem cells, not by hereditary or environmental effects, according to a study released Jan. 1 by Johns Hopkins scientists.

Tissues with the most divisions of regenerative cells — and hence the most chances for mutations — tend to have the greatest rates of cancer, the study found.

This explains why skin cancers, for example, are far more common than bone cancers. Skin cells die constantly, so they must be replenished far more often than those that make bone, introducing more chances for errors that lead to cancer.
Nor is it limited to our modern "toxin laden" lives. Cancers have even been found in ancient mummies. http://news.sciencemag.org/2011/10/m...-ancient-egypt

Is the practice of medicine very murky and hard to understand or verify? Does the medical industry make money?

I expect individuals and even organizations to be just about as honest or dishonest as people in any other industry with a business like that. I.e. computers, auto repair, lawyers, any variety of home contractors, etc.

Further more, the medical industry makes a good portion of that money from "deep pockets" such as insurance and government, where consumers are insulated from the cost. Not a situation that encourages honest billing.

Watched the video at the link. $12 million was set aside for restitution. The victims are having their claims denied, meaning the legal system is keeping the money.

Yeah, kind of reminds me of Vaccine Courts. Truly sad.

In August 2013, Dr. Farid Fata was arrested. Fata later confessed to intentionally diagnosing people with cancer when they were healthy. Fata also administered more dosages of the highly toxic cancer treatment, overtreatment than should have been given.
Fata falsified medical documents and lied to his victims to become a multimillionaire and “earned” some $35 million worth of unnecessary cancer treatments. I haven’t found information on how much money this generated for the medical industry as a whole.

In 2014, Fata pleaded guilty to health care fraud, money laundering and conspiracy to give or receive kickbacks.
In July 2015, Dr. Farid Fata was sentenced to 45 years in prison.

The authorities recognised about 553 victims, but admitted that there could be many more.
Some of the victims of Fata were effectively murdered by his treatment. Stanton Richard Lamb, Nancy LaFrance, the father of Ellen Piligiam, and Marianne Lupo, all died…

Oncology nurse Angela Swantek, who worked at one of Fata's clinics, said she first complained to investigators about the doctor's wrongdoings in 2010: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...-45-YEARS.html

A restitution fund of $11.7 million for Fata’s victims was set up – remember that we’re talking about $35 million worth of cancer treatment.
    US Attorney Barbara McQuade said:
It is our goal is to take all of this money that we recovered from Dr. Fata and return it to the victims in some way.
Some 43 victims got another $8 million from a settlement of their medical malpractice lawsuits. According to Attorney Brian McKeen, Michigan law physicians are not required to carry malpractice insurance and those who do only carry up to $200,000 per claim. That’s besides that insurance companies don’t insure for “intentional conduct".
    McKeen said:
It is outrageous doctors are allowed to practice with inadequate insurance and hospitals can distance themselves from liability. If you are a victim of a negligent, incompetent or malevolent Michigan physician, the damages are ‘one size fits all.’ How is that fair to the family of a victim whose life was taken, or for a victim who will forever suffer pain and require lifelong care?
The $8 million will be distributed among the victims in September and October by arbitrator Rick Boothman. The money will not be split equally; each case is decided on its own merits.
So some of the victims got nothing, after being stabbed in the backs by their own attorneys…
Ten percent of the total funds are going to the whistle-blower on Fata’s crimes: http://www.detroitnews.com/story/new...tled/87340742/

On the following link are the stories of a couple of victims of Farid Fata.
Teddy Howard, 57 said about the legal charade: “We’re victims again. We’re victims of the system now.
You can also read some more about Rhonda Bonk Teague (54), Tim Parkin (56), Michael Ureel (45), and Robert Sobieray (65): http://www.detroitnews.com/story/new...gle/105102064/

    Here’s the court’s 28 May 2015 “sentencing memorandum” on Fata: https://www.justice.gov/usao-edmi/file/623456/download
Dr. Farid Fata (Fata) is the most egregious fraudster in the history of this country, measured not by the millions of dollars he stole but by the harm he inflicted on his victims, over 550 identified so far. Rather than healing or easing the suffering of the cancer patients and others who sought his help, Fata administered thousands of unnecessary treatments—a variety of chemical infusions and injections, all with potentially harmful and even deadly side effects—to the patients who entrusted him with their care. He did it entirely for his own benefit.

To accomplish his goal of administering and billing for expensive, unnecessary treatments, Fata had to tell lies. He had to tell thousands upon thousands of lies and perpetrate untold numbers of deceits upon his patients, their family members, his staff, other treating physicians, insurers, and even charitable foundations seeking to assist his patients. The lies Fata told differed in many ways, but were the same in one. Fata’s singular overriding purpose was to persuade, cajole, frighten and deceive his patients into accepting more injections, more infusions, more tests, and any other treatments that he could bill through his solely owned practice, Michigan Hematology Oncology (MHO) and its infusion centers, opened in 2005, and later his pharmacy Vital Pharmacare (Vital) and diagnostic testing facility, United Diagnostics, both opened in 2013. The longer Fata kept patients in his infusion chairs, the more money he made. To Fata, patients were not people. They were profit centers.

I’ll finish this post with the strange statistical fact, that in history not a single (former) US president or vice-president has ever been sentenced to cancer: https://www.activistpost.com/2016/10...ial-suite.html
