She made joke about knowing Turkey but not Hungary, so that could be considered a little clever. Airheads would not likely think of that joke so quick, so I'd say she's pretending.

Most jokes will go right over idiots heads. Saying something stupid reveals who is truly stupid and who understands that something is a joke. Jesus even covered this when he invented the Bible. There's an old TV game show called the Hollywood Squares. It had several revival runs, like a lot of other shows.
It was no secret that the celebrity panelists were briefed about the questions in advance. The show was semi-scripted, much like today's so-called reality shows.
I'd guess that this woman was also fed the question in advance. She might have been fed the jokes, too. These celebrity shows are for charity anyway, so the producers figure why not embellish to ensure a larger audience.

You know, it's possible she was faking. But I have met people that stupid. I was at dinner once and there was a discussion about illegal immigrants coming in from Mexico. One woman said "What? I thought Mexico was a state." If she was joking she certainly fooled me. Later the conversation turned to Ben Afleck and Jennifer Lopez (J-Lo) and she was all into it and knew all the details. Come to think of it, I guess she wasn't stupid. She was just very smart about stupid stuff. Best exchange on the OP video?

Here's a cheery thought. I'll bet she ALWAYS votes.
That boy is a player, he knew exactly how to get to her heart and earn that hug: win her money!
Glad it's going to a charity though. I doubt she needs more money, especially with that head on her shoulders.
