I don't believe in a "right to travel" across other people's property. If I own land, then I get to decide who is allowed to drive on it. You can point to some places where state roads are referred to being for public use, but that doesn't change the fact those roads were paid for and are maintained by the state.

Yeah, and nothing in the Constitution says only citizens are allowed to use roads or only taxpayers...etc.
