Woman Verbally Attacked, Tased & Arrested While Recording Arrest By Baltimore Police

(TheAntiMedia) The assault continues, this time by the Baltimore police. Cell phone video footage was just released from a March, 2014 incident where Kianga Mwamba, the daughter of a police officer, says she was driving home when she saw police with a handcuffed man on the side of the road.

As she slowed down and began recording the arrest on her cell phone, an officer tells her she must park if she wants to record. She responds stating she will pull over as audio captures an irritated officer begin to approach her vehicle, telling her to get out of the car.
An argument quickly escalates as she is ripped from the car, tasered twice and slammed to the ground. As you hear handcuffs close, the officer is then caught on audio saying, “You’re a dumb bitch, you know that?” Mwamba’s attorneys state that police deleted the original video from her cell phone, but her daughter was later able to find it copied to her cloud account.

In documents filed over the incident, the officer claims Mwamba sped up, hit an officer as he yelled to stop, adding “I asked Mrs. Mwamba to step out the vehicle but she refused and held tight to the steering wheel.” According to the video below, her attorneys state that the video and the police statement do not match up. Mwamba was charged with felony assault on an officer, but charges have since been dropped.

    ..

The case is now under review with the state’s attorney office and according to CNN, Mwamba has filed a $7M lawsuit against a number of officers involved in her arrest for deleting her video footage.

Its her own fault, she should should have gotten a journalist permit first if she wanted to record police.

Luckily she was the daughter of a cop. Things would be different if she wasn't.

So when can we expect the protests to begin?
There are no crimes against people.
There are only crimes against the state.
And the state will never, ever choose to hold accountable its agents, because a thing can not commit a crime against itself.

If the video and the police statement don't match up, why isn't a police officer being held for perjury?

Then he can be held for both crimes.

Or does beating her up keep him from going to jail for perjury?

The canadian supreme court just ruled that cops can search cell phones without a warrant. Because drugs.

It used to be alcohol. If it wasn't for drugs, they would have to find another reason to violate our rights.

I asked my cousin in Canada about that. Of course he, being a super liberal, supports that despite being pro-weed.

The only thing the police department felt they needed to apologize for was the language? Jesus $#@!ing Christ.

This $#@! is getting crazy. I think we're in the very earliest stages of how "the great martial law of the 21st century" began. It really feels like we're starting to write a new dark chapter in American history. It's amazing to see the earliest moments start while no one cares. I really don't feel like risking the stay to find out what comes after the dark chapter.

I think people need to start seriously considering their options...

    - Try to move into a richer community if you can. The upper middle class will be protected whenever this $#@! really starts, but it will transition to only the very rich being protected in the end.

    - Leave the country. Convert to Bitcoin. When you arrive at your destination, cash back out into metals or whatever if Bitcoin isn't your thing.

The United States is a terrori$t organization and people really need to start visualizing this hitting closer to home. Your guns won't win this battle so long as the American people can't have the same equipment that the Government has.

Who cares whether it matches up or not Obstruction of Justice for deleting it and armed robbery for taking it.

Baltimore is a bad place. Don't ever go there if you can help it.

What I got from the video:

"Shoot her, tazer her, beat her, whatever, but don't EVER call her a bitch because that is unacceptable police behavior."

That was extremely unprofessional behavior, unacceptable, and extremely disrespectful... to call her a "bitch" like that.
