That's not bad for five minutes of photoshop retouching with a halfway-decent photo with his eyes open.
Perhaps it's because I've never really payed close attention to it, but has Rand's hair always been that thin on top? Perhaps it's unfavorable lighting, but his hair has always looked respectably thick despite the receded temples on television. But damn, here he looks like he's one bad shed away from having the same hairline as Bill from King of the Hill; seeing tons and tons of scalp.
But then again I've never seen Rand in person, so it might always look that way. Idk.
