    Rand Discussed on Fox's "Outnumbered"

It was a whole segment on Rand's recent comments about the GOP brand being broken, showing some clips from his morning show appearances yesterday. To my surprise, the unanimous verdict was that Rand was 100% right - there was not one iota of criticism from any of them. In fact they were falling all over themselves trying to up the praise ante: absolutely right, speaks uncomfortable truths, most interesting man in politics (that one from Chris Wallace!), etc.

I'll post the video if/when I find it.

Rand seems to be the only one who realizes that bashing both parties is a huge political winner right now in this environment. Ask the average person if they like Republicans, Democrats, or if they both suck. Pretty sure the third category would be a plurality if not a majority

And with them both sucking he can shift the discussion to how the GOP can milk the anti-government sentiment keeping "conservatism" (as mainstream GOPers understand) as a common theme while the "leave me the hell alone" coalition on both sides of the aisle will shift the Republican Party into the pro-freedom party & the Democrats into the pro-government party.

Oh gawd this phrase is starting to give me excited goosebumps.
    In New Zealand:
    The Coastguard is a Charity
Air Traffic Control is a private company run on user fees
The DMV is a private non-profit
Rescue helicopters and ambulances are operated by charities and are plastered with corporate logos
The agriculture industry has zero subsidies
5% of the national vote, gets you 5 seats in Parliament
A tax return has 4 fields
    Business licenses aren't a thing
    Prostitution is legal
We have a constitutional right to refuse any type of medical care

    H. L. Mencken said it best:

“Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.”

"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron."
