LOL. Back when myspace was a thing we had a friend that was 26 at the time and her description stated what she hoped to be "when she grew up".

I want to own my own (for-profit) symphony orchestra and be a concert soloist/composer. I will do freelance Russian<>English translation as needed and some in hopes of publishing libertarian literature in a language easily understood in eastern Europe. /ambitious

When I grow up I want to be a time traveler. I got an F on my "what do I want to be when I grow up" choice in school too. I have always been difficult to program though. I am sure I am one of the ones the vaccine program was meant to exterminate. :P

I knew on my first day in school that I was not going to take their crap.

I think what I actually wrote for this was something like scientist or something. If only I could've become part of the massive Climate Change conglomerate and gotten some subsidies for my "research".

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

In Walking Dead, this is the song Beth sings to Judith at the prison - which makes Michonne say, "That's a helluva lullaby."

When I grow up I want to be a YouTube experimenter. Show people practical ways to do crazy stuff like make their own PWM circuits, forge knives, carve wax masters, throw sling bullets accurately, or even just cook a decent breakfast.
Something like SmarterEveryDay, homestead craftsman, and GreenPowerScience rolled into one.

When I was a kid I just said the Bus Driver. The teacher didn't think that was a very good answer.

Well... today I'm a truck driver, so I wasn't that far off. Take that dumbass teacher.

Secretly, I wanted to be Wonder Woman but I told my teacher I wanted to be a truck driver. I liked the horns, I still pump my arm out the window to get them to honk at me.

I never put anything in the truck but a poncho back then , I was too stubborn to get it out and make a shelter , I just piled up the fire higher and drank more beer , seemed like a good idea at the time .....

I wish I could say the same. I wasn't good at sports or much else at the time(asthmatic and lots of allergies and such), so school was my "thing". Always A's and B's in everything but math. Looking back, it was mostly a waste of time. The only classes that did me much good was the reading/writing and occupational classes. All the other stuff (history, etc) was easy but I found it to be bull$#@! when I got to college. :P

I want to work for the city in some capacity. The retirement plans are good and I've heard you basically can't get fired.

    Maybe a police officer.
It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.
