Ann Coulter is a one issue voter anymore. She supports Romney because he opposed amnesty in the 2012 race and advocated "self deportation." But Romney has no core convictions and just says whatever he thinks people want to hear, and the GOP establishment is pushing GOP candidates to come out in favor of amnesty, so Romney will clearly flip on that and come out in favor of amnesty if he runs for President in 2016. Then Coulter will throw him under the bus.
Guess they didn't learn the last time flip was the nominee.
If Romney runs again in 2016, he'll officially become a quadrennial candidate, running quixotic campaigns for the White House every four years a la Ralph Nader and Lyndon LaRouche.

But if you were speaking of the Charlton Heston remark, that wasn't a joke at all. When I belonged to the NRA, back in the day, I regarded him as my president because....well, he was. He was the president of the NRA. I failed to recognize Clinton, the Bush team, or the Obamanation as my chosen leader.

PS Ron Paul was a Congressman during those years and some good folks in the State of Texas enjoyed that although I would have taken him as my POTUS through all of those years!
I can only imagine what the World would be like if he had taken the reins. I have no doubt that things would be considerably better than they are today.

Mitt and the Mittites need to explain how he is going to win Ohio, Virginia and Florida, since those three states have gone Democratic in the last two elections. He needs to come clean about his control freak iron fist antics in 2012 behind the scenes, which alienated conservatives (and especially Paul supporters). And he needs to apologize to Ron Paul for his being shut out of giving a 15 nomination speech at the GOP convention, not to mention the mistreatment of Paul supporters.

I can't see Romney get nominated. The failed Unaffordable Health Careless Act will start to really hit home by then. Romney's own plan was too close to Obama's, so he'd be a liability. Another Repub will run against Biden. The Repub wins in another 52-48 margin. The country will continue to decline. Hilary Clinton runs in 2020 and defeats incumbent Repub.
