And so it begins.
That is pretty stupid..
People are going to freak out when many trick or treaters show up, at their door, in Hazmat suits and gear.
“The spirits of darkness are now among us. We have to be on guard so that we may realize what is happening when we encounter them and gain a real idea of where they are to be found. The most dangerous thing you can do in the immediate future will be to give yourself up unconsciously to the influences which are definitely present.” ~ Rudolf Steiner

Add "Ebola jokes" to the "three felonies a day" dictum.
And always remember: they hate us for our freedom.
ETA: Dammit! I didn't see phill's post until after I did mine. (Oh, well - chalk it up to great minds thinking alike. )

I went to the hospital here for a class yesterday.
I swear the air seemed thick with Ebola vibes. It was like cutting through peanut butter as I walked through. It seemed I could see others were getting the same feeling as we passed each other. Maybe it was their eyes? Kind of everyone giving that extra inch of space and eyes glancing but not directly at you.

A savage barbaric tribal society where thugs parade the streets and illegally assault and murder innocent civilians, yeah that is the alternative to having police. Oh wait, that is the police

How to trigger a liberal: "I didn't get vaccinated."
What to look forward to... Will Trick or Treaters or costumed party goers, be arrested on Halloween going as an "Ebola patient or pathogen"?

LOL, LOL , I was not aware they had casinos in The Mistake By The Lake. Danke never picks me up and takes me anywhere fun.
I believe a search will reveal that a few weeks ago I asserted that this will "get out of hand".
The blossom begins doing what blossoms do.
One can only wonder to what size it will attain.
The fascinating thing here will be how much of the alteration to our freedoms will be directly and obviously attributable to actual ebola, v. the IDEA of ebola and the panic and perhaps terror it strikes into us.
War on terror, move over. There's a new big dog in town and his name is "Ebola".
I am truly wondering whether Theye have judged the WOT to have run its course for the time being and, needing a new boogey, Mr. E. Bola has been invited to the party.

There is only one correct way: freedom. All other solutions are non-solutions.
It appears that artificial intelligence is at least slightly superior to natural stupidity.
Our words make us the ghosts that we are.
Convincing the world he didn't exist was the Devil's second greatest trick; the first was convincing us that God didn't exist.

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.
