Question: Do you consider yourself a libertarian?
    Rand: Libertarianish

Conclusion: I am, but common sense dictates I can't openly say I am

What a nice interview. And Walter Jones is just such a dashed decent individual. You can see why he gets the slugs in DC so angry - nothing enrages a wicked person quite so much as the sight of a good man.

He says people don't like being lied to, they don't like being promised one thing and then find out he wasn't telling the truth. But, there's another thread here about "tax ticks in Stockton" and their contracts and contracts being broken all of the time. Is there any consistency anywhere? Is anyone's word worth a $#@! anymore?

Rep Jones' first ever appearance on C-SPAN's Washington Journal was this year.

Here it is. Fine, fine man.
