Thoughts on Rand Appearing on "The Huckabee Report" Weekly?

'We endorse the idea of voluntarism; self-responsibility: Family, friends, and churches to solve problems, rather than saying that some monolithic government is going to make you take care of yourself and be a better person. It's a preposterous notion: It never worked, it never will. The government can't make you a better person; it can't make you follow good habits.' - Ron Paul 1988

What do you mean "thoughts on it"? Like, is it a good idea or not? Or is this actually already... like... happening?

If the Huckster invites him on, sure. If Rand has to grovel to get on, no.

I was kind of hoping for them both to behave like grown ups; coalitions; hone debating skills; civilized discourse, etc: mutualism. Rand is good ratings / publicity. Huckster is good Ohio coverage.

The Huckster would then be provided with a much better opportunity to steal Rand's ideas for his campaign.

"I think it would be a good idea to let one of my main rivals interview me in a controlled environment and let him air the edited interview nationally"

    For real?
    In New Zealand:
    The Coastguard is a Charity
Air Traffic Control is a private company run on user fees
The DMV is a private non-profit
Rescue helicopters and ambulances are operated by charities and are plastered with corporate logos
The agriculture industry has zero subsidies
5% of the national vote, gets you 5 seats in Parliament
A tax return has 4 fields
    Business licenses aren't a thing
    Prostitution is legal
We have a constitutional right to refuse any type of medical care

Is Huck still considered a potential 2016 candidate? If so, I think it's a particularly bad idea, sorry. If not, I still don't think it's a good idea other than an occasional interview. Best not to give too many opportunities to create memes against Rand this early on. Does anybody really trust Huck, his sponsors and Fox News not to use it against him??

"We have set them on the hobby-horse of an idea about the absorption of individuality by the symbolic unit of COLLECTIVISM. They have never yet and they never will have the sense to reflect that this hobby-horse is a manifest violation of the most important law of nature, which has established from the very creation of the world one unit unlike another and precisely for the purpose of instituting individuality."- A Quote From Some Old Book
