    I really hope that's not weaponized Ebola blood transfusions. We already have enough burning issues on our plates.

    It's important to note that all blood donors should still
    be alive (has not already died from Ebola) and preferably,
    has recovered completely and is not already infected with HIV.

    Transfusions made from the extracted (bloody) tears of
    Type O-(negative) orphans should be prohibited, except
    for the very wealthy.

    I wonder if the old "arm-to-arm inoculation" method has
    been tested...
