Consider for example:

• 24 studies have now reported an association between fluoride exposure and reduced IQ in children
• Three studies have reported an association between fluoride exposure and impaired neurobehavioral development
• Three studies have reported damage to the brain of aborted fetuses in high fluoride areas, and
• Over 100 laboratory studies have reported damage to the brain and/or cognitive function among fluoride-exposed animals3.

Most of the 30 studies linking fluoride to reduced IQ, impaired neurobehavioral development, and fetal brain damage have come from China where fluoride occurs at moderate to high levels in the drinking water in what is known as "endemic areas for fluorosis." While there have been shortcomings in the methodologies of some of these studies, they have been remarkably consistent in their findings. Children exposed to excessive fluoride have been consistently observed to suffer from some form of neurological impairment.

The differences found were actually less (about three points) than the differences one could find by testing the exact same person on different days- it was not a statistically significant difference.

as an American, I have a real problem with forced medication.
there are lots of arguments that go both ways on this subject. if you believe ingesting this stuff is good for you fine, same with all other drugs imho.

I think you hit the nail on the head.

On the one hand, we have people being locked up and imprisoned for voluntarily taking a drug that they want and believe helps them.
On the other hand, we have people being locked up and imprisoned for refusing to voluntarily take a drug that they don't want and believes hurts them.

Forced medication deserves to be a part of the debate.

If you actually do the math on the amount of people being locked up and imprisoned over just the issue of drugs, you won't get the correct answer unless you include the 2 million people who are involuntarily institutionalized every year for the simple fact that they "just said no" to drugs.

There is another prison system in this country that no body talks about. What goes on in those prisons is a secret and those who do eventually get out are literally LITERALLY too brain washed to give an account of their experiences.

Fluoride additives are analyzed for impurities that have been identified as having the potential to occur. Those impurities include arsenic, lead, and radionuclides. . . . I just object to some people's perception of the motives behind this. Let's focus on HSFA, the primary fluoridation chemical. It is industrial waste and therefore certain corporations love the ability to sell their garbage to the government for $$$. There is really no reason why we should be drinking fluoride but the corporate-controlled government of course wants an excuse to sell it. I don't believe there is proof that pure HSFA is chemically any worse of a fluoridation chemical than others but the industrial waste HSFA has been shown to have arsenic and other poison in it. Drinking tap water with fluoride probably won't do much to you but it is better to avoid, not only for the fluoride but also the arsenic that often accompanies it.
