'Weaving spiders, come not here', is the motto for the Bohemian Grove summer encampment of the international ruling elite. It communicates to the elite that they should have fun, kick back, relax and not do their usual business of plotting and scheming while they are there. It's a joke because it is usually ignored. In fact, a lot of web-spinning takes place at the Grove.
