In case any of you need to know , in the future the bear usually won , several times , by biting the tongue of the bull and putting it down on the dirt where it could then dispatch it with the claws . I mean , it is a Grizzly , think of it like the IRS .

I don't really see what's wrong with prohibiting the State of California from displaying it... I mean, do we really want the state spending our money to display it anyway? Mind you, I favor the CSA flag, at least over the USA one, and I think the reasoning behind the bill was stupid, but why should I care?

Now, if they had banned private individuals from displaying the flag, that would be problematic.

We think it's stupid that they banned it from their gift shops. They are not shutting down the gift shops. Just stupid, and smarmy of them. It reflects how silly they are. It's not some huge deal, it's just that they are being smarmy politically correct whiners. Next thing you know all they will be allowed to sell is rainbow flags. Not everything posted on RPF is about some serious Constitutional issue.

Hell, displaying our current flag is already illegal there. Cinco de Mayo? Cant fly Stars and Stripes, its offensive to illegal immigrants. 4th of July? Prohibited. Ban one flag, may just as well ban em all. Except for the Mexican flag.
