    " I find it hard to believe the cops would just shoot him for no reason". Ive seen this posted a few times. Remember Kelly Thomas and countless other examples.

    Great point.

    However, I believe this is the incident that led someone (on this libertarian leaning forum) to write the infamous words “he did this to himself.”

    Don't forget Sal Culosi. His mother still comments on a memorial web page that was set up when he was killed. Absolutely heartbreaking stuff, to see her years later, broken by the system, still trying to come to terms (and failing).
