    Hillary Clinton On The Record

    - Despite repeated requests by Ambassador Stevens to provide more security in Benghazi, Hillary Clinton failed to do so, withheld the truth and backed UN Secretary Susan Rice’s claim that the attack killing Stevens and three other Americans was due to a “YouTube video”. Hillary quoted during testimony “What difference does it make?” Under the increasing pressure of Benghazi questions, Hillary suddenly keeled over with a brain clot to conveniently dodge further questioning. General Petraeus was soon engulfed in scandal with his mistress Broadwell, retiring from the CIA and out of sight for months thereafter, conveniently ducking from his hot seat. Clinton resigned as Secretary of State, evading any further scrutiny as the Ambassador’s boss most responsible for the deaths of the four Americans. The FBI team sent in to investigate the Benghazi murders never even arrived at the crime scene until three weeks after the attack, making sure that vital forensic evidence could be conveniently lost, confiscated or destroyed. Despite having videotape that allowed individual attackers to be identified by name, they all still remain free to this day. Eleven months after the attack the US Justice Department last August in a hollow gesture officially charged the alleged suspects in a sealed indictment. But without them in custody, it means nothing.

    - TravelGate: In May 1993, Hillary Clinton wrote an infamous note demanding action to “get our people” into the White House Travel Office. Billy Dale, its director, and six of his employees were quickly fired on the basis of rumors that they had engaged in criminal conduct; the rumors were cooked up in part by a 25-year-old cousin of Bill Clinton’s who wound up running the travel office. Dale was indicted on charges of embezzling $88,000 from the office. Jurors took only two hours to acquit him of all charges. Hillary Clinton refused an interview request from the General Accounting Office about her role in the affair.

    - WhiteWater Scandal. The fraudulent land scheme, masterminded by Hillary and key witness Jim McDougal (who also mysteriously died in prison), while Hillary was a partner of the Rose Law Firm – also the firm of Vince Foster and Webster Hubbell, who later moved to D.C. with the Clintons to the White House Counsel's office with their "legal expertise." Hubbell was later indicted, tried and convicted for tax fraud. Foster turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park, as he was a material witness for then independent counsel Whitewater criminal investigation.

    - ChinaGate – A scheme whereby the Clinton-Gore presidential campaign of 1996 took bribes from communist Chinese banks and their government to bankroll the president's and the Democratic Party's re-election efforts due to their low standing in the polls. It was the lawsuit brought against Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, that uncovered where at Hillary's instruction, seats were sold on Department trade missions to China and elsewhere.

    - A frequent speaker of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) Hillary Clinton outlined her vision of the “global agenda” and how a “global consensus” should be formed to help shape it by means of a “global architecture”. “I am delighted to be here in these new headquarters. I have been often to, I guess, the mother ship in New York City, but it’s good to have an outpost of the Council right here down the street from the State Department.” “We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I won’t have as far to go to be told what we should be doing”. http://www.state.gov/secretary/rm/2009a/july/126071.htm

    - Hillary Clinton voted NO on Joint Resolution S.J. Res. 5 - TARP Funding. Senate Joint Resolution 5 would have prevented the release of the remaining $350 billion of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) to bail out banks and other institutions.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on H.R.24 - Authorize the Treasury Department to use $700 billion of taxpayer money to purchase troubled mortgage-related securities from banks and other financial-related institutions, on terms set by the Treasury Secretary, who now has authority to manage and sell those assets.

    - Hillary Clinton voted NO on Passage of the Bill H.R. 6304: A bill to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to establish a procedure for authorizing certain acquisitions of foreign intelligence, and for other purposes.

    - Hillary Clinton voted NO on the Amendment S.Amdt. 4720 to S.2248. This amendment would increase America's supply of energy and generate jobs by ending the moratorium on offshore oil and gas leasing and reduce dependency on foreign oil.

    - Hillary Clinton DID NOT VOTE (should have been a NO vote) on S. 2248 to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, to modernize and streamline the provisions of that Act, and for other purposes. The bill includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies that have collaborated with federal agencies in the warrantless surveillance of American citizens.

    - Hillary Clinton voted NO on the Amendment S.Amdt. 578 to S.Con.Res. 21: To repeal the death tax. The tax has forced many poor individuals to liquidate family farms, small businesses, and private property rather than bequeath those assets to loved ones.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on H.R. 3199 – Patriot Act Reauthorization. Congress quickly passed the so-called Patriot Act, which gave law enforcement and intelligence agencies vast new powers to secretly search home and business records and expanded the FBI's wiretapping and surveillance authority.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on U.S.-Singapore Trade. This bill (H.R. 2739) would implement a trade agreement to reduce tariffs and trade barriers between the United States and Singapore. A similar bill, the U.S.-Chile Trade Agreement (H.R. 2738), was presented to Congress at the same time as the U.S.-Singapore Trade Agreement. These are the first in a series of bilateral and regional free trade agreements (FTAs) that the Bush administration negotiated.

The model for the FTAA is the European Union (EU), formerly the "Common Market," which has grown by design from a supposed free trade agreement into a supranational government for Europe. The world order architects intend for the FTAA to follow the same trajectory for the Americas.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on the Joint Resolution H.J.Res. 114: A joint resolution to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against Iraq. This resolution enforces United Nations Security Council resolutions regarding Iraq. However, since the Constitution gives Congress the sole responsibility for declaring war, this resolution represents congressional abdication of its responsibility.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on Passage of the Bill H.R. 3167: A bill to endorse the vision of further enlargement of the NATO Alliance articulated by President George W. Bush. NATO (the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) was established as a regional arrangement under the United Nations for the ostensible purpose of containing Communism.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on Passage of the Bill H.R. 2356: A bill to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide bipartisan campaign reform. This bill (H.R. 2356) would restrict our God-given right of free speech through banning "soft money" donations to national political parties and preventing issue ads from mentioning specific candidates within 60 days of a general election or 30 days of a primary. In contrast, the First Amendment to the Constitution states: "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech...."

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on Passage of the Bill H.R. 2506: A bill making appropriations for foreign operations, export financing, and related programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2002, and for other purposes.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on the Joint Resolution S.J.Res. 4: A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Constitutional Amendment to Allow LP Federal Regulation of Political Speech. The amendment is an outright attack on the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

    - Hillary Clinton voted YES on Passage of the Bill S. 248 - Release of $582 million in UN "Dues." This bill would release $582 million to the United Nations as a second of three payments to the world body for "back dues" allegedly owed by the United States. The UN is also seeking a global tax power and has proposed a global ban of private ownership of firearms.
