Ron Paul will realize his dreams through his son, Rand. That's what Ron wants, and that's what we all want.

Ron is 78 now, and come 2016, he will be 80. How many people will vote for an 80 year old? What are the chances that he will healthily complete his first term, let alone a second? Rand is 51 now and will be 53 in 2016. He can easily win and move the needle for liberty for 8 long years. Which option is better?

Oh wait, you are not actually looking for him to win...you just want his insubordinate voice in the debates. I want a VICTORY and Rand is the best choice.

He is clearly done with running for office. Give the man some peace, he really was hit pretty hard by some of his supporters last time over Benton and delegates and Rand endorsing Romney. I know Kokesh and others threw him under the bus, claiming they were thrown under the bus. Why would he want to go through all of that again? We are the most mean spirited ungrateful movement ever.

To be fair, only a small, fringe element has been mean and ungrateful. Really, think about what that means. A huge swath of the electorate considered our movement to be a small, fringe, element. Of that limited group, a minuscule albeit vocal minority, was upset with the Paul family. I'm sure they were able to keep things in perspective and understand that for every person who acts like an ass, there are a million extremely thankful people.
