This is interesting because McCain and Flake have low approval so their endorsements work inversely. Jan Brewer is not well liked because of Obamacare.
Kobach and Arpaio are probably the biggest names you could get to endorse in Arizona: The Sheriff and the SB1070 author. The 3 biggest statewide races are open for Kyl/McCain to insert a puppet to follow McCain's legacy. At some point McCain won't be around and he will need another to follow his lead. If there is a RINO statewide elected official in 2016 or beyond that will be perfect for McCain.
If Wil Cardon decides to run for Senate in 2016 he has a bigger warchest than Hayworth.

http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/...rdon/10884533/With today’s endorsement by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne’s re-election campaign has captured the support coveted by many conservative Republicans.
Scott Walker has endorsed RINO Doug Ducey for Governor. There is SoS Bennett, Mormon mayor Scott Smith, airhead Christine Jones,"Some conservatives who knew him (Kobach) called him up and said 'What gives?' " said Chris Baker, Cardon's campaign manager.
They noted discrepancies between Reagan's legislative record and Kobach's stances, such as her support of abortion rights while Kobach opposes them. Likewise, Reagan was a reluctant 'yes' vote on Senate Bill 1062, the right-ro-refuse-service bill, while Kobach's more conservative leanings had him in strong support of the controversial legislation.
Kobach, in an email to The Arizona Republic, said Cardon's conservative views align more closely with his, but it doesn't cancel out his support for Reagan.
