Giving George the benefit of the doubt, it is possible that he got wind of the bomb threat, which he himself did not make, then went to the school/location to try to film it for his YouTube videos. This was deemed suspicious and he was arrested as a suspect (which wouldn't be too far of a stretch considering it is George and he probably acted weird).
Considering his bail was only $5000, this seems very possible, as they wouldn't release anyone who is a real terrorist threat for so low.
