Thread: Oathkeepers' website is down

Oathkeepers' website is down (update: up again)

Just checked myself, can't get it to load. Part of me hopes the site is just overloaded with traffic of all the people wanting to make donations and sign up to defend the ranch. But, that's the part of me that is usually proven to be somewhat naïve and very wrong.

I will say that if they are trying to disrupt spread of information, the added level of anxiety caused by doing so, does not bode well. Try not to panic.

UPDATE: The site is back up

This was posted on their Facebook page:

Until our website is back online, you will find any new updates here. We are peddling as fast as we can on our website, but want to make sure you have somewhere to go for updates.

So it could possibly be web traffic?

Could be. It's not a rare occurrence that this happens.

    Oath Keepers
We do not know the cause at this point, please do not jump to conclusions. Oath Keepers has factual current information about the Bundy situation on our website and it may be that so many looking for real facts overwhelmed our server. Let's not make this something it is not please. We are currently working on the problem. Thanks.
