    Nudity Goes Legal In Munich

    http://www.forbes.com/sites/ceciliar...gal-in-munich/

Leave it to the Germans to allow naked people to roam freely…but only in certain places.

So goes the general reaction in Europe these days to the news that the city of Munich has given enthusiastic approval to allowing naked people to stroll freely and to sunbathe in public spaces.

This doesn’t mean that just anybody who feels like taking his or her clothes off can strip down everywhere. The city, according to the Atlantic Cities, has designated six official “Urban Naked Zones” in parks offering privacy, but also only minutes away from the busy city center.

“While these areas’ locations in parkland gives them a degree of seclusion, none of them are fenced off or hidden away,” the site reports. “One spot is barely 10 minutes from Munich’s main square, located along a stream to which tourists flock.”

Ya I always liked the idea of designating nude areas, like nude beaches. Don't like nude beaches? Go to a different beach.

Of course it doesn't need to be an official state designated area, people can just designate it by making it known.

Every German I have known fairly well, which admittedly is less than 15, has been a nudist. I always thought that was odd.

I would love to go to a nude beach. I've been to several topless beaches and it was nice not having to wear a top.

Opposition to nudity is a conspiracy of the cloth and garment industries!

    Right.

Of course it was started originally by a snake with a fig tree monopoly.

But that's definitely what it has turned into.

Over 20 years ago when I was there, some German girls didn't cover their boobies at the beech. But they were also the ones you wish they had.

    On Trump:
How conservative Republicans can continue to support this arrogant imposter—the man who brags about inflicting the world with the Covid mark of the beast; the man who said, “Take the guns first, go through due process second”; and the man who deliberately played and then set up Stewart Rhodes (of course, Stewart was all too eager to be Trump’s patsy) for an 18-year prison sentence—is truly beyond my comprehension.” Chuck Baldwin

Depends. The people you see naked are not always the ones you would like to see naked.

This deserves at least a temp ban for Suz. Plus her Viagra infatuation. Bet she is serving her DH ice cream as we speak.

Well I know where a few of them USED to be, but the government has gotten pretty Nazi about them in the last 15 years..

Though if you wanna hike a little there are plenty of desolate beaches that can be temporarily converted into such, but I dunno where you can hang around with other naked people.

It's for the children! No nudity! Seeing as how the ancient practice of playing Doctor is now verboten, and will result in children being permanently labeled as sex offenders, children of the future will have only one way to learn about normal human anatomy: hardcore porn on cable TV and the Internet.

    O, wonder!
How many goodly creatures are there here!
How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world,
    That has such people in't!

What's the matter Danke, did that kid hurt your feelings?
I hope they can hold off on the ban until the ice cream kicks in.

Haulover Beach just north of Miami Beach has a legally designated nude section. There is a private naturist organization called the South Florida Free Beaches association that takes a really active role in keeping the beach really nice and safe.

    I do.

I lived in Key West for many years.

Go to the Bull and Whistle bar in the center of town.. Go all the way up stairs to the top, and the Garden of Eden bar,, disrobe and have a beer.

There are also some Guest Houses,, and hotels that allow such.

And there is Fantasy Fest,, though paint is preferred to total nudity.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

Germans are, uhhh, interesting. I had to work with several from a plant in Germany, and they all had very healthy self-esteem, perhaps a bit too healthy sometimes.

So now Munich is like Vermont. Cool but if I wanna see a bunch of crazy looking nude folks in public, well, I think I'll just pass...
