This doesn't sound dangerous to me. So I can't talk on my cell phone while driving because it's "too dangerous" but they can shoot me with a sound cannon? What happens when te drivers head explodes from the sound and they veer off the road and kill a bunch of innocent people? These people are soooo dumb.
