I am too old to appreciate most '90s music but this 90's album I love.Could have thrown a dart to pick the song.

Inspired by US Rep. Ron Paul of Texas, this site is dedicated to facilitating grassroots initiatives that aim to restore a sovereign limited constitutional Republic based on the rule of law, states' rights and individual rights. We seek to enshrine the original intent of our Founders to foster respect for private property, seek justice, provide opportunity, and to secure individual liberty for ourselves and our posterity.

There are no crimes against people.
There are only crimes against the state.
And the state will never, ever choose to hold accountable its agents, because a thing can not commit a crime against itself.

There's so much good not-rock from the 90's.....

Well I couldn't post one of my absolute favorite 90s songs because you already did.
So I'll move a little farther down the ladder.

Or maybe I'll just move sideways a bit.

90-91 were really a continuation of the 80s - post-91 is a different musical era altogether, and one with precious little to recommend it in my humble opinion

I'm all of a sudden feeling rather nostalgic. In the ~ '94-'95 era I was living with my grandmama in Cincinnati. WEBN ("Cincinnati's Real Rock") at the time would play Blind Melon, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, and Metallica in the same hour (I seem to recall them playing rap occasionally, but I could be mistaken). I doubt that kind of variety happens anymore except on webbernet radio. :'(

Did any of y'all go to Woodstock '94? Did you get all muddy like the people who made it to MTV coverage did?

I have a theory that there's a large percentage of libertarians that grew up listenening to Metallica.

Nevermind their actions of enforcing intellectual property, you can easily find fans that don't give a $#@! about napster etc.

The album And Justice for All came out before the 90s.

Yeah, 1988. Close enough for horseshoes and hand grenades. A "cusp" album, you could say.

Sometimes success can be measured by the shear number of imitators. Those who have followed in the style of Dave Matthews are legion.

This concert was filmed in 1999. One of my favorites.

"Foreign aid is taking money from the poor people of a rich country, and giving it to the rich people of a poor country." - Ron Paul
"Beware the Military-Industrial-Financial-Pharma-Corporate-Internet-Media-Government Complex." - B4L update of General Dwight D. Eisenhower
"Debt is the drug, Wall St. Banksters are the dealers, and politicians are the addicts." - B4L
"Totally free immigration? I've never taken that position. I believe in national sovereignty." - Ron Paul

    Proponent of real science.

1991. The second of two perfect albums from the band Badlands.

For those who are interested, Jake E. Lee has finally gotten it together and released a new band album called Red Dragon Cartel.
