This is not the nature of the relationship. The actual relationship is that Biden sends American taxpayer dollars to Z and tells him exactly what percentage of that money needs to land in a specified Swiss bank account after it has been laundered through the Ukrainian bureaucracy... and if it doesn't, or if Z is the least bit indiscreet, well... "this is a nice presidency you have here, Volodymyr... be a shame if something happened to it..."
