I'm already researching how to do it.. if I make some money off it, I'll kick you down some... wish I knew somebody with a 3d printer tho, cuz I'm not sure it will be strong enough, I imagine it will get nicked up easily..

Yeah, there's a software package out there that can take flat photos and make passable 3D models. People then sculpt this in Blender. I'm just blabbering because I've never actually done any of that, but it sounds super-cool. I am planning to buy a Prusa printer hopefully before summer. My goal is to start printing small physical objects that make day to day life more efficient. Like a phone-stand and other common items like that. The customization is the key; it's cheap and easy to buy a Chinese piece of junk that "almost" works for your needs, how much better to spend a little bit more on the filament/time to print out a high-quality item that does exactly what you need...
