I also think that pink wad in front of the llama head on a stick is a bag of Easter grass from the Dollar Tree. As a matter of fact, that stuff on the left looks like the jewelry display from the Dollar Tree with a sunglasses display in the middle.
Looks like a dog head on top with a bag of styofoam balls in a bag and the red stain in the middle look like a Franzia Chillable Red spill - not sure if it's on a rug or a blanket.

I don't do Twitter anymore either. Just happened to run across the article about this particular tweet going viral for no apparent reason and found it interesting. But I love junk piles! I'm a "junkie" from way back! I even had the perfect job for a junkie for awhile, I was in the Garbage industry. A professional dumpster diver and got paid well to do it too!I do not Twitter anymore but I do like a good garbage pile, lol.
