    Liberty voting index list

Alright, it is very hard to ensure people are doing their jobs for liberty, especially on the local level. Some states are better than others, but we should have a consolidated list of liberty voting indices to be able to quickly reference.

Here is a few off the top of my head:

    Liberty:
    National:

    Idaho:

    Georgia:

    Kansas:

    New Hampshire:

    New Mexico:

    Rhode Island:

    South Dakota:
South Dakota Freedom Index (cannot find website consolidating) http://www.americanclarion.com/wp-co.../SDFI_2013.pdf
    Utah:

    Wyoming:

    Economic only:

    Texas:

I know there are a lot more. Let's get a good list going!

Are there any more? It's sad that we don't have one for every state.

Yes. There is Cornerstone in NH for example. It's very socially conservative but also libertarian on economic issues. Since social issues don't have a lot of bills in NH, it's actually OK. There is also AFP in many states. But AFP doesn't make it easy to find the ratings year round.

They are also counting co-sponsorship (or lack there of) towards the score. From their site, "Votes are 95% of each legislator's total score and co-sponsorships are the remaining 5%."

I think both of those are fair. If you want to push liberty, push hard. Don't allow mealy mouths to get credit. If it's an important vote - BE THERE and sponsor it!
