If you were to ask as a merchant and for a smaller transaction I would also say zero risk because Bitpay and I guess Coinbase can convert it to your currency instantly (accounting wise) and deposit it to your account that day.

For a transaction the size you propose I would talk to a tax accountant because you might be able to defer taxes on it (aka like kind exchange). Bitcoin is just now starting to get tax guidance with the UK leading the way so whether Bitcoin would qualify for like kind exchange is really unknown (like kind exchange is something they do in the US). The tax savings might offset some or all of the risk.

I was kind of joking by saying zero risk, but the truth is that you could end up losing everything. Personally I think that it is more likely that you will end up a billionaire if you are actually able to dump millions into BTC, which of course would mean that I have to start being nice to you now.
