    more anti real id legislation introduced

    SB2070 Retrieval and deletion of biometric data; prohibiting biometric data from being collected, obtained or retained under certain circumstances.

    This should be interesting to watch. I'm unsure as to how this would override Governor Drone's recent implementation of real id via executive order, when real id had already been nullified by the state legislature in 2007.
