    USB thumb drive duplicators:

    Kanguru Usb Copypro - $62 10 slot

ImageUSB - $FREE as many USB ports as you have on your computer, windowz only

Warning: Due to the forensic nature of image duplication by ImageUSB, please ensure that you select UFDs with a storage size similar to the image you wish to duplicate. For example, if a 2GB image is copied to an 8GB USB Flash Drive, the drive will only be able to use two out of the eight gigabytes of storage space. In this scenario, users will need to reformat the UFD in order to access the rest of the storage space
A Simple USB Thumb Drive Duplicator on the Cheap = $FREE + USB hub, *nix

When all hope was lost, we turned to some Linux dd foo. As it turns out, you don’t need the expensive hardware. All you need is a standard USB hub, dd, and some command line magic.

Overall, the process involves the following steps:
    1.Finding a good USB hub
    2.Getting a copy of dd
    3.Determining the drive mapping
    4.Executing the foo
