NDAA and indefinite detention?
In December 2011, President Obama signed the 2012 NDAA, codifying indefinite military detention without charge or trial into law for the first time in American history.
Many people have asked my position on the NDAA and its troublesome provisions.
In 2012, I introduced a resolution opposing such an unconstitutional approach. The resolution may be read with the link below.
