While You Were Debating Obama’s ‘Selfie,’ U.S. Drones Killed 13+ Yemen Wedding Guests

by Andrew Kirell | 9:02 am, December 13th, 2013 I’d like to interrupt your current cable news broadcast about [insert Selfie-Gate, Santa Claus' skin color, Handshake-Gate, or the War on Christmas™] to throw some cold water on everything: The Associated Press reports that missiles fired by a U.S. drone obliterated a convoy of vehicles heading to a wedding in Yemen, killing at least 13 people.

Sanaa, Yemen (CNN) -- Yemen's parliament Sunday called for an end to drone strikes on its territory after a U.S. missile attack mistakenly struck a wedding convoy, killing more than a dozen people.
The nearly unanimous but non-binding vote was "a strong warning" to both the United States and the government of Yemeni President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi, a Yemeni government official told CNN.
"The Yemeni public is angered by the drone strikes," said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he's not authorized to talk to reporters. "The people's representatives reflected on the tone of the streets."
That anger was further stoked last week after what Yemeni security officials said was a U.S. attack in southwestern Yemen last week. Intelligence reports had identified the targeted convoy as carrying al Qaeda militants, but the passengers were actually members of a wedding party, the officials said.

The officials said that 14 people were killed and 22 others wounded, nine critically. U.S. officials declined to comment on the report.

Family Of Innocent U.S. Drone Victims Compensated With 101 Kalashnikovs

    Posted: 12/21/2013 3:55 pm EST | Updated: 12/21/2013 8:10 pm EST

A little more than a week after a U.S. drone strike killed innocent civilians from a wedding convoy in Yemen, more eyebrow-raising details have emerged surrounding the compensation practices for the victims' relatives.

The New York Times reported Friday that Kalashnikov rifles are part of the traditional compensation process in Yemen, and 101 were given out to relatives of those lost in the Dec. 12 strike. According to the AP, the blast killed at least 13 people, with the Times citing six innocent victims.

Well, while you pick up the few body parts left, here's some cash, and here's a machine gun. Have a nice day! BTW here's a death to America sign we made for you, just in case you didn't wanna waste time making one for yourself. And here's the card of a guy, he works for an....ORGANIZATION...maybe you can give him a call if you have some anger issues you need to get out of your system. What size vest do you wear?

Its as if the Yemeni government wants them to go shoot some Americans. Who could blame them? I just wish "terrorists" would actually target the people responsible for the murder, then they'd be heroes instead of cowards.

Regarding the stupid selfie thing, would it really surprise you that someone who can't even get the "Don't murder' part right might do things with other women that would somewhat disappoint his wife? I don't feel bad for the demonic creature that is "Michelle Obama" though. Screw them both.

Yemen's parliament Sunday called for an end to drone strikes
Empty posturing. Until the Puppet Government is removed,, the US (Globalists) can do whatever they please.

And if they do get rid of the puppets,, it will be declared a "Rogue State". Folks there are screwed either way.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

Yemen rebels seize US vehicles as Western embassies close

    By AHMED AL-HAJ, Associated Press | February 10, 2015 | Updated: February 11, 2015 11:44am

SANAA, Yemen (AP) — The United States, Britain and France moved to close their embassies in Yemen on Wednesday, increasing the isolation of Shiite rebels who have seized power. In a show of bravado against the Americans, the rebels seized the cars of U.S. diplomats left at the airport on the way out.
At the same time, the rebels — known as the Houthis — attacked demonstrators holding protests against their power grab in various parts of the capital, Sanaa, witnesses said.

More than 25 vehicles abandoned by departing American embassy staffers at Sanaa airport were seized by the rebels, according to airport officials. The rebels also took weapons that were left in the vehicles, the officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the press.
The embassy's Marine detachment, which escorted the cars, left their personal sidearms behind since they would be unable to take them on the commercial flights they were leaving on, Pentagon spokesman Col. Steve Warren told reporters in Washington. They destroyed their heavier weapons — automatic weapons and machine guns — before leaving the embassy, he said.

Yemeni officials said Wednesday that embassy staffers also destroyed files before leaving and handed over Sanaa's Sheraton Hotel, where they resided, to the United Nations.

Blowback is the goal it is not an unintended consequence. Imperialists have an interest in manufacturing terrorists who victimize the general public. How do you do that? You did it by bombing innocent civilians. The US backed Neo-Nazi regime of Ukraine is using the exact same tactic against the areas controlled by the Russia-backed separatists: shelling residential areas from miles away. Why would US support Ukraine doing this? Simple, they want Putin to be the vessel of blowback. It's the political equivalent of torturing your brother in front of you to get you to capitulate. And McCain and the rest are fully content with this military tactic.

So drone strikes are a convenient way for the government to give the people what they need to see a tyrannical government as the lesser evil.

ISIS beheads a hostage [> evil than] Obama kills 20 civilians + a suspect at a funeral.
