Elections for Office holders should always be decided by a majority, never a plurality.

Ben doesn't know what he's talking about here. The polls leading up to the election and the exit polls on election day all told the same story. Those that had a second choice split evenly between both Cuccinelli and McAuliffe. Sarvis had no effect on the eventual outcome. He didn't cause Ken to lose and he didn't cause Terry to win. No chaos here.
