Does Noble have a chance in Assembly primary?

Does anyone know whether Noble has a chance in the upcoming assembly primary. Todd Welch just sent out a request for money, but Noble has been beaten in previous elections. Can he be elected this time around or is it worth sending my political liberty money somewhere else?

I'm curious as well. They claim they have an action plan for victory assuming they're fully funded per the solicitation I received. It's a contested primary but I'd assume his name rec is decent.
