Ray Kelly: 'Stop-and-Frisk' Ruling Risks Reversing Downward Trend of Violent Crime in NYC

Commissioner Tactless submits something insightful: http://news.yahoo.com/ray-kelly-stop...opstories.html

I'd like to contribute my own insight - yes, there is a risk of reversing a downward trend of violent crime & the same could be arguable with placing everyone under perpetual house arrest vice stop-and-frisk.

His spiel about saving lives reminds me of Col. Jessup.

If Mr. Commissioner wants to save lives, he can; but he has to limit it to doing what doesn't infringe on people's constitutional rights.
