This is ESSENTIAL to make Nov. 30th and Dec. 16th EFFECTIVE... Need Your Help!

Operation: Media Publications will be dedicated to hyping the November 30th and December 16th dates across the United States's local media. This is a project of retrieving media contacts for every newspaper so we can then utilize an effort to report back the successes of those dates as well as develop a relationship between the local media. Instructions as well as links for every newspaper across the United States are provided at the bottom of this letter. We need to delegate people per state and your individual task is to find as many phone contacts as possible for your chosen state and report it back to the media group.

Once this objective is accomplished our meetup group consisting of over 60 and growing individuals will then start a massive operation to contact as much local media as possible to hype up the dates Ron Paul will be achieving success.

This will be key as the more name recognition and notoriety given locally it will start to build serious momentum towards the primaries. This could also win over some journalists who wish to print out editorials and are looking for a story or just may become future Ron Paul voters themselves. So your help is needed and time is of the essence!

    Instructions
    ----------------

    Start --> Accessories --> Notepad

-Save all of your information in a Notepad

    Please include the following information:

-Include the name of the newspaper
-Enter the phone number, email or name of the person

To have faster results - Press Control + F type (search) then try keywords like contact, news, journalism, etc.

TIPS: If you're struggling too hard to find a contact skip it and go to the next newspaper.
Please leave the name of the newspaper and a blank phone number.

    General Example of Internet Publications:
    -Click on Arkansas /the state
-Click on Alabama Live /the name of the newspaper
-Click on News /area where we need to report story
    -Search for Contacts

Before you start send a message to this group of what state you have picked to help find the phone numbers. This way we can delegate this assignment and get as many media contacts as possible without conflict.

When finished with your state assignment; please report back to Meetup group for Media Publications, and Writers for Ron Paul with your information and post it on the group.

Our dedicated base of writers and media publicists will be working to get as many newspapers across the United States as possible.

Magicman. I will take Washington State if it hasn't already been claimed. I'll contact http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1338 as instructed also.

Do you want ALL newspaper contacts (including the really small papers) or shall I just provide you with the medium and major newspaper contacts? Since I live in Washington, I can discern between the little papers and the others in case you would rather concentrate on them.

Edited to say: I have joined your group and made notations that I was willing to do Wa State. I will wait for further instructions.

    Bumping for this worthy project.

Come on guys.....this is a very worthy cause and only requires some time on your part surfing the web. This will enable a quick and easy way to send out press releases at the touch of a button after it is set up.

    The Ron Paul express!

It would be much better time spent than arguing over the TeaParty money bomb!

Apparently, since there is no campaign with television and radio ads for Ron Paul, I feel that I need everyone's assistance in helping spread the word about Ron Paul through the local papers of Michigan:

    This is pure genius.

The official campaign seems to be dead in the water with the press. They don't seem to know how to handle the ball at all. It has become increasingly apparent that the press is not hostile - rather that the press secretary may be overwhelmed or possibly just incompetent.

How do you expect to coordinate the effort of creating press releases? And sending them?

Yeah, I'm starting to feel that way as well.
