I think the plan is already underway, the only way to help might be donations.
Clark County residents have to have attended the last two central committee meetings to be eligible to vote for her.

And she's mentioned that Rand Paul will be there at an event on July 13th. On her personal Facebook page, she said that they are looking good, but here's hoping they stay that way.
