BREAKING NEWS: United We Stand Festival Expanding, Changing Venue

Mega stars being added to perform and speak at The United We Stand Fest!

Several sincere and independent high profile people are working with us on their schedules so they too may join the platform to AWAKE the sleeping NATION.

As you know, the planning of UWS has been the main focus at Free & Equal for the past several months. During this process we’ve connected with hundreds of music and media entrepreneurs, introducing them to Free & Equal’s goal of breaking the two-party system stranglehold once and for all.

The first step to reform is to energize the youth vote. So many young people have given up on “hope and change”, not seeing any political faction offering real answers or solutions.

The second step is to connect, educate and empower the dispossessed, the alienated, the discouraged. Young Americans are underemployed, underestimated and over-indebted. The pent-up energy of millions of youth is there, waiting to solve America’s problems.

The third step towards real change is to spread electoral reform to all fifty states and not stop until the job is done.

In order to accommodate bringing in the many inquiring people for UWS, we must push the festival date forward and move the venue to a larger city. The new city and venue of the United We Stand Festival is now Los Angeles at either UCLA or USC with a tentative date of October 12th. We expect to firm things up in the coming days. More updates and confirmed talent will also be forthcoming.

Mostly all of the independent leaders, musicians, comedians and media personalities who were confirmed to participate on June 22nd in Little Rock will reschedule for the new venue and date change.

Our amazing friends in Arkansas know this exciting news is exactly what the movement needs. We look forward to weaving them into the program and making sure their voices are heard. Thank you so much Arkansas, for your leadership and support! We value the friendships made and will be back stronger than ever.

Free & Equal plans to web stream the entire festival live online. We will also work to gain access via cable television. Just like our 2012 Presidential Debates hosted by Larry King and Christina Tobin, millions will view this epic event. Mainstream media will finally realize we are here to stay as a national force, even if they’re the last ones to figure it out.

The momentum of the United We Stand Fest will be the kick-start to our 10-city university bus tour. More activist youth will be educated and empowered to join our fight for freedom and equality by running for local and state offices in 2014. Our National Database will also be established and activated, listing a complete profile of every single candidate running for office in all elections throughout the USA.

In the coming days we will be announcing an exciting fundraiser where you will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a grand prize of a United We Stand VIP meet and greet, all expenses paid for two, including travel and accommodations at a 5-star hotel!

Sponsors are already lining up to take part in this event. Sponsorships are limited. To learn more about becoming a sponsor please visit www.freeandequal.org/become-a-sponsor .

If you believe in what we are doing and want us to continue with this amazing momentum, please show your support today by donating, spreading the word on social media, or letting us know your suggestions.

As always, thank you for your continued support!

    With warm regards,

Christina Tobin and the Free & Equal Elections Foundation Team

Thanks for the update. The festival looks interesting. A lot more people are likely to attend because it is in CA now.

I have been working with this group doing promotion for the event. (I was not involved with the event until the planning was well underway.) I totally agree with this statement. There are also a few huge name performers who can now make the event because of the venue and city change. It should be huge. Lot's more to come.
