CA still has Hollywood, Silicon Valley, Orange county.

I dont know why though, wealth creators should just leave en masse.

In 25 years the GOP will be indistinguishable from the current Democratic Party. The Dems, on the other hand, will be open Communists.

I lived in Texas for 30 out of my 31 years. Texas is about as far from a libertarian paradise as possible. The so-called "conservatives" that run the counties and state are extremely statist.

Truth. But the odds of a libertarian paradise any time soon are about as good as a blue state. In Texas the Republican party has worked hard to become the party of christianity. So much so that they are phasing out Thomas Jefferson and his separation of church and state in the public schools. All of this is done by Republicans. Republicans in Texas for the most part are no less statist than the democrats. They just pick their issues; constitution be damned.

You forgot Romney is more liberal than McCain....McCain hasn't signed into law government run health care, McCain hasn't signed into law government an assault weapon ban.

And Texas will be none of the above.
