Default Petition to Try Senator Dianne Feinstein in a Federal Court on 2Am.

Trying to spread the world but it's awesome Petition, glad to see "We the People" wanting justice for people who want to pervert the Constitution. Without the 2nd amendment there is no 1st. Just noticed this, it has passed the requirement of threshold of 25,000 but I heard now it's needed is 100,000. The more the better, yes they will ignore it but at least it will gain attention with our voice being heard. Here is the link

Everyone who signs these petitions is a lot more trusting than I believe they ought to be.
A signature requires a name and address. This goes into a database.
That database is housed behind multiple firewalls in a secure dedicated data warehouse, complete with palm scanners, which can probably survive a nearby nuclear strike.
The data on that server is also backed up regularly to a different physical location, probably thousands of miles away.
At least that's what is done for most corporate data these days: I can only assume USG data is treated similarly or better.

So yeah, way to auto-generate lists of dissidents for the White House to use at will, folks.
There are no crimes against people.
There are only crimes against the state.
And the state will never, ever choose to hold accountable its agents, because a thing can not commit a crime against itself.

What is the point of all these stupid petitions other than getting your name on yet another watchlist? It's not like the white house is going to agree to have Feinstein charged. What a waste of time these are.

no worries ... it only requires an email address - you can go to fakemailgenerator.com to get a disposable email.

Wouldn't we also need to charge every Senator who votes for her crazy bills?

You indict them in State court before a bill is passed, forget the feds.

In his book The People Themselves, former Stanford Law School dean Larry Kramer explains that the people are superior to even the U.S. Supreme Court in any case in which the federal government, especially the U.S. Supreme Court itself, is violating the Constitution.

In our Constitution, the states and people stipulate that we retain all powers except those 17 specifically enumerated to our federal creature. Our common servant government is sovereign in nothing else in our lives.

    How The Engine Operates

The AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ is a peaceful, perpetual citizen mechanism to let us keep control of government, from now on, using tactical force-massing: large numbers of citizens become plaintiffs in State Criminal Court against individual members of the U.S. Congress, for perpetrating crimes under the politician’s State laws that happen to coincide with his corrupt activities in Congress.

Our Legal Section will plan and organize criminal indictments beginning with, but not limited to, multibillion-dollar financial crimes committed against constituents by a member of Congress.

Our plea bargaining position will be like the deal offered to King John by the barons with Magna Carta in 1215 A.D.: agree in writing to our terms, or we put you in prison and have your assets seized.

    No comments to that?

This is how you can do it for real and get results, not some petition where you are begging for permission or hope some federal official does something against his PAYCHECK PROVIDER.

If you really want to do something about this you need to do it at the State level and know the power you really have.

You don't have to do it through that site, but you will want all the info you can get and study how others have done it in the past.

You want to spend your time on something that will make a huge difference, this is it.

One example is Tom Delay being convicted in State court in 2011 for what he did while he was in congress.

I don't think it's too hard to file a suit in court, or make a proper complaint and get your State prosecutor to move on the issue if it's a obvious violation and you have some public support.

You may be able to get more info from this video, and search on this guy's name "David Zuniga", he's an author and explains how we can use the constitution and State laws to put these guys in their place.

It's all a good interview but the indictment stuff starts at 19:00 if you want to skip to there.

"interposition" is something else you may want to study "Madison emphatically rejected the attempt by a single state to nullify national laws. Instead, he embraced a doctrine of interposition—something very different from nullification but often mistakenly linked with it both at the time and in our own day"

States have done this, for example, "Interposition Resolution in Response to Brown v. Board of Education, 1957" Florida Legislature argued that the decision usurped the state constitutional powers, and passed the resolution to declare the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in 1954 as null and void. ........ Such a resolution was intended to "interpose" itself between the citizens of Florida and the United States government in order to prevent what the legislature contended was an illegal intrusion by the Federal government upon the right of the State

    http://www.heritage.org/research/rep...utional-powers

"State legislatures could have made a “direct representation” to Congress, explained Madison, either seeking the repeal of the “two offensive acts” or a revision of the Constitution by amendment or through a constitutional convention. Interposition included all of these approaches for influencing the operation of the national government."
