PA-13, Allyson Schwartz (d) is serving her 5th term. She got 69% of the vote in 2012. She's beatable but only by an extremely well funded seasoned professional politician. I don't see any chance for one of our guys making a play here. She will likely hold the seat until it is gerrymandered back to Republicans.

"No matter how noble you try to make it, your good intentions will not compensate for the mistakes that people make; that want to run our lives and run the economy, and reject the principles of private property and making up our own decisions for ourselves." - Ron Paul

has recently been revealing his self as a collaborator, he is vulnerable but well supported.
definitely in need of REPLACEMENT by a true Liberty candidate that knows, supports, & understands the declaration, constitution, & bill 'o rights and will use that understanding to defend the individual
If I had a telecommuting job I would seriously contemplate moving to a winnable area if I had backing.
What constitutes being a "resident"? Is it based on the time you have lived there?
Except that now, the redistricting made the district even more entrenched to democrats. Granted, less dems voted in 2010 but he got 121k votes then and 216k in 2012 which shows how much the redistricting benefitted him. Got 61% of the votes in 2010 and 68% recently, the republican got 29% (+3%LP) in 2012 compared to 35% (+2%LP/CP) in 2010.
IL-10
Represented by Bob Dold (R) until he was beaten and Brad Schneider (D) moved in. District is very wealthy in the south and blue collar in the north. It is a swing district, but there are very few liberty-minded politicians.
TX-8
Kevin Brady (R) is pretty firmly ensconced but should he ever step down, this would be a great opportunity. Wikipedia says the Cook partisan voting index is R+26. Brady has also been saying a lot of nice things about Ron Paul all of the sudden which I take to mean there are a substantial number of us in this district.
