    What I find interesting is that he only mentions a governmental action once: 14th minute. Other than that I think he is talking only to the people, not governmental action, he speaks to content of character, except for the 14 minute.

    Actually the first time I have watched it all. Great Speaker. This needed to be posted here. This is where more of the especially wrong inferring takes place. Because nullification was associated with civil rights, it must be an evil tool. This is shortsighted, but how many people see it.
