They hope it's only a small subset of the public anyway.

This should never happen again in the U.S.

One of the kids at work just walked by when I had this open, and asked "What's whacko?"
"Um... yeah, you're probably too young to remember 1993, but the federal government burned up a building full of women and children."
"....I'm gonna go read about this."

    You do that, bro.
There are no crimes against people.
There are only crimes against the state.
And the state will never, ever choose to hold accountable its agents, because a thing can not commit a crime against itself.

So a guy will offer the Feds to come inspect his legal firearms and the state will refuse and just murder his friends family and children after lighting them on fire and smashing their homes with tanks?

Someone needs to call Larry Potts and get him unretired.

So, Mr. Mayor, what if it's your town?

You gonna send in the "Waco Killers"?

Will you take your thirty pieces of silver and walk away?

Or stand with the people and their natural rights?

Something something military style weapons and mass killings?

Seems like we should be looking more at the SWAT units than civilians.

Most people are law-abiding citizens and may go ahead and sell those or turn those over
    What good little peons.

Gloversville, New York Mayor Dayton King

I hope he plans on leading the charge. Does he already have a target in mind?

Actually, it is hard to tell if he anti-self-defense from just that small clip. People on this forum have said the same.

What if there are five, or ten, or fifty Wacos in New York? How MANY would Cuomo and Bloomberg tolerate to command obedience? How many would America tolerate?

NY Mayor predicts a "Waco Style Standoff" over second amendment

"Most people are law-abiding citizens and may go ahead and sell those or turn those over, but you're going to have a fraction of people that are going to take a stand, and I can just predict a Waco-style standoff in some rural area and it's not going to end well,"

"Governor, if I had foreseen the use those people
designed to make of their victory,
there would have been no surrender at
Appomattox Courthouse; no sir, not by me.
Had I foreseen these results of subjugation,
I would have preferred to die at Appomattox
with my brave men, my sword in my right hand." - Robert E. Lee to Governor Fletcher S. Stockdale (D-Texas), 1870

So the federal government is going to slaughter some more small kids with tanks?

I think it has been proven that waiting for your enemies to knock down your doors is a bad idea. It would be much better to begin an offensive.

A savage barbaric tribal society where thugs parade the streets and illegally assault and murder innocent civilians, yeah that is the alternative to having police. Oh wait, that is the police

If these things take place it will be a good time for the militias to help out.

    As many as it takes.

You mentioned Bloomberg, this is a man willing to let people in chronic pain suffer, and says so, a modern day Marie Antoinette but instead of let them eat cake, "Well too bad if they have to suffer a little".

They will kill as many of us as they think is needed to obtain compliance.

These men are latter day tyrants, when we were better men, we would recognize them as such and deal with them.

Networking with people in your area who will quickly come to your aid will be imperative to survive. This could be the first time that a ham radio would be needed, but there has to be a network set up so that you can, with the press of a button (even if the power is cut) automatically repeatedly broadcast distress information so that listeners will hear, and there needs to be listeners available continuously (how about some method of triggering an alarm in the home of network members to alert them to listen?)

Does Delta Team get their go signal and proceed to randomly pick any easy church and then hit it on the next Sunday morning, or is it more complicated than that?

I suppose they could import a few more government dependent voters from Chicago and Detroit then they could vote themselves whatever they want...

I'm pretty sure that's a typo. Dayton King is the mayor of Cloversville.

I am thinking of one of the more well known quotes of Mao Zedong: "Political power is born out of the barrel of a gun."

A long list of adjectives with the most negative connotations can be quite rightly used to describe Mao. But "stupid" isn't one of them.
